Why has my account been suspended?

If you are recieving an "Account Suspended" page when trying to access your site, it could be there for a number of reasons including but not limited to:

  • Lack of payment
  • CPU limit exceeded
  • Bandwidth limit exceeded
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Spam being sent from your hosting account
  • Phishing sites being present in your hosting account

To determine why your account was suspended, please contact our billing department from your client area to find the issue and the resolution.

Most accounts can be unsuspended almost immediately, depending on what caused the account to become suspended in the first place.
