How to reset a cPanel password
This is probably our most frequently asked question.

If you've lost your cPanel password, or wish to change it, it only takes a few mouse clicks.

Start off by logging into your client area at https://www.onlineaudience.co.uk

Once logged in, view your hosting packages by choosing Services ->
My Services from the top menu bar

You'll see a list of your hosting packages, click on the line (anywhere except the actual blue URL) for the one you want to reset the password for:

On the next page, you'll see a menu on the side:

Choose Change Password, highlighted in grey, above.

You'll then get taken to the page where you actually change the password. Enter a new password, and click Save Changes.
