Include URLs, domains, IP addresses, stream links, message headers, screenshots, timestamps, your contact details and a clear explanation. For copyright complaints, include evidence of ownership or authority and the exact material complained about.
We review abuse reports based on the information supplied, the type of service, our policies and applicable law. We may ask for more information, contact the customer, restrict access, remove or disable content where technically possible, suspend a service or report serious matters to relevant authorities.
Reports involving child sexual abuse material, terrorism, credible threats, malware, phishing or active attacks are treated as urgent. We may act without notice where needed to protect people, customers, networks or legal compliance.
Where a customer operates their own user-to-user website, forum, directory, app, upload area or community platform, the customer is responsible for moderation, legal notices, user terms and any platform-specific safety obligations that apply to their service.
