This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for Online Audience services. Your invoice, service description, contract and any applicable consumer rights may also apply.
You can request cancellation through the client area or support route. Cancellation requests should be made before the renewal date. Stopping a payment instruction does not automatically cancel the service or remove unpaid invoices already generated.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, setup work completed, usage, billing cycle and whether the service is custom, digital, domain-related or already provisioned. Domain registrations, renewals, licences, third-party fees, custom development, app publishing costs and completed setup work are normally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Promotional offers, free services, charity services, trials and goodwill credits may have separate rules and may not be transferable or redeemable as cash.
Customers should download, migrate or back up data before cancelling. After termination, data may be removed according to the service lifecycle and backup rotation.
