1. These terms
These terms explain the general rules for ordering and using Online Audience services, including hosting, radio streaming, VPS, dedicated servers, websites, apps, support and related services. Product-specific terms, order forms, invoices, service descriptions and client-area terms may also apply.
2. Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate account, contact, billing and service information. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under your account unless caused by our breach. We may refuse, cancel or suspend an order where information is inaccurate, payment fails, a service cannot reasonably be provided or abuse/security concerns arise.
3. Billing, renewals and payment
Services are billed according to the selected plan, invoice and client-area billing cycle. You are responsible for paying invoices on time and keeping payment details current. Late, failed or disputed payments may result in reminders, suspension, late fees, recovery action or termination where permitted.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the content, files, streams, applications, email, users and activity connected to your services. You must use services lawfully, keep software updated, use strong passwords, maintain appropriate backups and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use Policy and any licensing obligations.
5. Radio, music and media licensing
If you stream music, video, live shows, podcasts, adverts or other media, you are responsible for ensuring you have the licences and permissions needed for your territory, audience, content and use case. Online Audience provides technical hosting and streaming services; we do not grant music, copyright, performance, broadcast or public communication licences.
6. Support
Support is provided through the routes shown on the website and client area. We may need account verification before discussing or changing account-specific services. Support does not include third-party coding, unmanaged server administration, custom development or software changes unless expressly included in your plan or agreed separately.
7. Backups and data
Backup availability depends on the service, plan and technical setup. Unless a plan expressly includes managed backups, you should keep your own independent backups. We are not responsible for data loss caused by customer action, compromised passwords, third-party software, unpaid services, suspension, prohibited use or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict services for non-payment, security risk, abuse, excessive resource use, legal request, breach of policy or activity that risks harm to customers, the network or third parties. Where reasonable, we will try to contact you before or shortly after action is taken.
9. Liability
We aim to provide reliable services, but technology services can experience downtime, faults, maintenance and third-party disruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights elsewhere.
