Online Audience: General Hosting Terms and Conditions
By using the services of Online Audience, you agree to the following terms. These conditions apply to all of our hosting products and constitute the entire agreement between you, the client, and us, Online Audience.
1. Web Hosting, VPS, and Reseller Services

Service Agreement: Online Audience agrees to provide web hosting, VPS, and reseller services on a monthly or yearly basis. You are responsible for paying the full fee for your selected plan before the service start date.

Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate our terms and conditions or misuse the service.

Limitation of Liability: Online Audience is not liable for any data loss or damages that result from your use of the service. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any third-party applications or software you install on your server.
2. Domain Names

Registration: We agree to provide domain name registration services. You must pay the registration fee before we can begin the process.

Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse the registration of any domain name that is illegal, inappropriate, or infringes upon the rights of a third party.

Disputes: Online Audience is not responsible for any disputes or legal actions related to the domain name you have registered.
3. Dedicated Servers

Service Agreement: We agree to provide dedicated servers on a monthly or yearly basis. You must pay the fee for your chosen plan before the service start date.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for billed services.

Cancellation Policy: You must provide us with a 7-day notice before an invoice's due date to cancel a service. We will not issue a refund for incomplete billing cycles, even if a cancellation request is made within this 7-day period. If you do not provide a 7-day notice, a £15 Admin Fee will be charged, and the server will be cancelled on its due date.
4. General

Lawful Use: You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.

Indemnification: You agree to protect and hold Online Audience harmless from any claims or damages that arise from your use of our services.

Modification of Terms: Online Audience reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
