Online Audience Radio Hosting: Terms of Service

This document outlines the Terms and Policies governing the use of services provided by Online Audience Radio Hosting. By accessing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cancel your account.


1. General Terms

  • Scope of Service: These terms apply exclusively to the services provided directly by Online Audience Radio Hosting. We are not liable for any issues or faults originating from a third-party service or provider.

  • Account Responsibility: If you are an individual subscriber, these terms apply to all users who gain access through your account. Any violation by an account user will be treated as a violation by you.

  • Term & Termination: The service is provided on an ongoing basis. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if we determine that you are in violation of these terms.

  • Staff Conduct: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or offensive behavior towards our staff. Swearing, harassment, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

  • Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information. Accounts found to contain fraudulent or inconsistent data may be terminated without warning.


2. Financial Terms

  • Pricing: Online Audience provides control panels free of charge. However, we reserve the right to pass on any charges incurred due to your misuse of these services.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available within 14 days of the original order. You must provide verifiable proof of a server issue to be eligible.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Add-on services, including extra listener slots and custom packages, are not eligible for a refund. Any credit balance on your account is also non-refundable.

  • Discretion: We reserve the right to deny any refund request if these terms are violated.


3. Service and Content Policies

  • Data and Downtime: We are not liable for any data loss or service downtime caused by issues at the datacenter, which are beyond our control.

  • Service Status: For information on outages, please refer to our Service Status Page.

  • Radio Station Licensing: We provide only the streaming platform. It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary music rights and licensing. Online Audience does not provide or manage music rights.


4. Free Accounts

Inactivity: Free accounts inactive for more than 14 days after signup may be terminated without notice.
