TERMS AND CONDITIONS HOSTING
Webhosting:
a. Online Audience agrees to provide web hosting services to the client on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. The client agrees to pay the fee for the selected plan prior to the service start date.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of any violation of the terms and conditions or any misuse of the service by the client.
d. Online Audience shall not be liable for any loss of data or any other damages caused by the client's use of the service.
e. Online Audience shall not be responsible for any third-party applications or software installed by the client on the server.
Domain Names:
a. Online Audience agrees to provide domain name registration services to the client.
b. The client agrees to pay the registration fee for the domain name prior to the registration process.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to refuse the registration of any domain name that is illegal, inappropriate, or infringes on any third-party rights.
d. Online Audience shall not be liable for any disputes or legal actions related to the domain name registered by the client.
VPS servers:
a. Online Audience agrees to provide VPS servers to the client on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. The client agrees to pay the fee for the selected plan prior to the service start date.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of any violation of the terms and conditions or any misuse of the service by the client.
d. Online Audience shall not be liable for any loss of data or any other damages caused by the client's use of the service.
e. Online Audience shall not be responsible for any third-party applications or software installed by the client on the server.
Dedicated servers:
a. Online Audience agrees to provide dedicated servers to the client on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. The client agrees to pay the fee for the selected plan prior to the service start date.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of any violation of the terms and conditions or any misuse of the service by the client.
d. Online Audience shall not be liable for any loss of data or any other damages caused by the client's use of the service.
e. Online Audience shall not be responsible for any third-party applications or software installed by the client on the server.
f. We DO NOT make partial refunds of billed services.
We require a 7-days notice prior to an invoice's due date for cancelling a service.
No refund can be issued for incomplete billing cycles, even if a cancellation request is issued prior to the 7-days period. Following the 7-days period, A Admin Fee of £15 will be charged server will then be cancelled on the due date.
Reseller webhosting:
a. Online Audience agrees to provide reseller webhosting services to the client on a monthly or yearly basis.
b. The client agrees to pay the fee for the selected plan prior to the service start date.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service in case of any violation of the terms and conditions or any misuse of the service by the client.
d. Online Audience shall not be liable for any loss of data or any other damages caused by the client's use of the service.
e. Online Audience shall not be responsible for any third-party applications or software installed by the client on the server.
General:
a. The client agrees to use the services provided by Online Audience for lawful purposes only.
b. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Online Audience from any claims or damages arising out of the client's use of the services.
c. Online Audience reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
d. The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Online Audience and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
